What counts as a high-resolution file?
For raster artwork, aim for a transparent PNG at 300 DPI at the intended print size. Vector PDF, SVG, or AI files are even better. We review every file before production.
Can you help fix or create my design?
Yes. Basic file cleanup can be added during review. Original design work is quoted separately so expectations and pricing stay clear.
How fast can EYPStudio produce an order?
Standard turnaround begins after artwork approval and garment availability are confirmed. Rush requests should use the quote path so we can verify the deadline before payment.
